Submissions are listed, but no subscribed contact appears
- The list uses double opt-in. The person is waiting to confirm. They become a subscriber only after clicking the link in the confirmation email. See People aren't getting the confirmation email.
- The address bounced or reported you as spam before. The visitor still sees your thank-you message, but no contact is created and nothing is emailed. Your earlier bounce or complaint for that address stands. See Suppressions.
- "This list is not accepting new subscribers right now." Your account has reached its plan's contact limit, so new addresses can't be added. Upgrade on Billing & Plans.
