Sign-in links, sign-up codes and password reset codes are sent by SendBeam as soon as you ask for them. If one hasn't arrived after a few minutes, work through these checks.
1. Check the folders your mail app hides
Look in Spam or Junk, and in Gmail's Promotions and Updates tabs. Search your mailbox for "SendBeam".
2. Check the address
The email goes to exactly the address you typed. A typo or a different work address means it went somewhere else. Go back to the sign-in page and type it again.
3. Use the newest email only
Each new request replaces the code or link before it. If you asked twice, only the most recent email works.
If you see "Too many wrong codes were tried for this address, so that code no longer works", we have already emailed you a new code. Use that one.
4. If your work email filters messages
Some company mail systems hold or delay mail from services they haven't seen before. Ask your IT team to allow email from sendbeam.io.
5. Sign in another way
- If you set up a passkey, choose Sign in with a passkey. No email is needed.
- If your account uses Google, Apple or GitHub, sign in with that button.
Still nothing? Send us a message with the address you are trying to sign in with.
